THE BABY RATTLE, by Magical Innovation, is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any The Baby Rattle Co. product for any reason, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Wholesale order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees.

 

The Baby Rattle Co. is unable to accept returns for products purchased from other retailers. If you purchased your Baby Rattle products from another store, please contact them directly to handle your return.

 

To return a product, first, contact The Baby Rattle Co. at TheBabyRattle@gmail.com to obtain a return verification number. That number must be visible on the front of the return package. You will then be sent a pre-addressed shipping label and a return authorization letter via email, to be used on the return package.

 

Please do not return a package without first obtaining a return authorization number and letter and shipping label.
